Our aim is to help organisations build an encouraging and collaborative working environment. Create a team from a group of people where each member helps each other while improving their personality. To lead the organisation to new horizons.
We believe that there is a huge potential seed in each person that needs a favourable environment to be able to thrive and contribute to the overall picture.
By introducing basic elements of improvisation in the workplace, the organisation shall focus its direction on human values that contribute to employee engagement, growth and mutual cooperation. By developing social skills, we learn to identify ourselves and accept those around us.
In order to achieve this, Improwise workshops are built using learning-by-doing, reflexing and discussion learning methods. In this way, ensuring that knowledge is learned by the most effective forms of learning.
The Founder of Improwise, Jekabs Dambergs, has gained extensive experience working in international corporations and startups in the financial sector, in parallel developing himself in an improv theatre. For a long time, these two roles seemed to be irreconcilable until Jekabs found several things that improv had helped him in the professional field. Also seeing the lack of social skills that were missing around him and how organisations are struggling with the consequences. So Improwise was born, to help companies and individuals bring improv into their lives and become encouraged.
